We help pay for medical services abroad: elective surgeries, diagnostics, rehabilitation and long-term treatment. The client hands us the clinic's invoice, deposits the amount in rubles at the office or via courier, we lock the rate and make the payment directly to the medical institution's account through our infrastructure. The payment reaches the recipient as an ordinary international transfer — with no questions from the clinic's bank and no risk of freezing.

What we provide

Patients and their relatives choose us when treatment abroad needs to be paid quickly, on time and without extra obstacles from banks

Direct payment of the clinic's invoice

Payment of the clinic or medical center's invoice directly in the required currency.

Working with any currency

Euros, dollars, shekels, dirhams and other currencies — for a specific direction.

No Russian trace

The payment goes through our infrastructure, with no direct Russian trace or Russian currency control.

Cash and cashless

We accept payment in cash at the office or in cashless format.

A full document package

Documents for an insurance company, a tax deduction or a personal archive.

One-time and regular payments

Support for both one-time payments and regular ones during a long course of treatment.

Payment formats

One-time

Payment for treatment or diagnostics

Payment of a specific bill for a medical service: surgery, examination, consultation or a course of procedures. The client provides the clinic's invoice, deposits rubles at the office or via courier, we lock the amount and transfer the funds directly to the medical institution's account in the required country.

Cryptocurrency

Payment via cryptocurrency

Payment is required in cashless and cash format. We accept cryptocurrency, convert it into the required currency and make the payment from a legal entity in the recipient's country.

Regular

Payments for long-term treatment

Recurring payments for multi-stage treatment, rehabilitation or a long-term medical program. After the first deal we set up a convenient channel. Subsequent payments go through a simplified scheme with a minimal document package.

Why it's safe

The payment arrives with no Russian trace

The funds go through our infrastructure and reach the clinic as a standard international transfer. This eliminates blocks by the foreign bank and questions about the origin of funds.

No Russian currency control

The payment is not sent directly from a Russian bank, so it does not require multi-day justifications and checks by the Russian regulator.

Fixed rate and clear timing

The client knows the final amount and the payment crediting date in advance.

A full document package

For each deal we provide payment confirmation and a SWIFT receipt. The documents are suitable for an insurance company, a tax deduction or a personal archive.

Required documents

For the first payment

  • Invoice from the clinic or medical center stating the amount, currency and details
  • Recipient's details (clinic name, IBAN or bank account)
  • Payment purpose (payment for treatment, diagnostics, rehabilitation, etc.)
  • Payer's details for preparing the documents

For regular payments

  • A new invoice from the clinic is enough
  • No need to collect the full package again

Pay for treatment abroad — on time and without SWIFT blocks

Send the clinic's invoice — we'll lock the rate and make the payment directly to the medical institution's account.
